The bimetal band saw blade was welded by an electron beam under high vacuum to attach a strip of high-speed M42(8% Cobalt) tooth. The variable pitch design combines regular teeth of different pitches, gullet depths, and set angles for improved cutting and durability. Primarily used for cutting steel, this superior blade can also be used on nonferrous materials and wood, handle solid and interrupt cutting(such as tubing), and provide lower cost per cut on the toughest sawing jobs.

It is suitable forcutting ferrous metal, tool steel, solids, shapes, tubing and structural shapes etc. 2. Both regular blades for cutting normal material and specific technique processed extra-hard blades for material difficult to machine are available. They can satisfy different cutting requirements. 3. Character by narrow kerfs, high productivity,energy saving, it is the latest cutting tool to save raw material and reduce power resources consumption. 4. Made of M42 high speed steel for edge and imported spring steel for backer by means of a series of advanced equipment and technique processing such as electron beam welding and specific heat treatment, which offer durability for higher production speeds on difficult to machine solids and heavy walled structures.
